Working to the CVMT’s values of SUSTAINABILITY, ACCESSIBILITY, PROGRESSION, AMBITION, FLEXIBILITY & REPRESENTATION, the role of the Museum Assistant is to support Museum activities including front of house, social media, visitor experience and ensure the museum follows current Covid-19 guidelines.
The Cynon Valley Museum Trust is a registered charity (1161227) whose mission is: “to promote the education of the local community and beyond in relation to the local history, cultural heritage and the arts of the Cynon Valley”.

Job Title: Museum Assistant
Reporting to: Museum Manager
Salary: £18,525.00 (pro rata)
Term: 6 months, 3 days per week (0.6)
Details: flexible working hours are available, evenings and weekend working is required
