This year has tested our community, first by flooding, then by the spread of the Coronavirus. Our lives have changed and they may never be the same again. Throughout this our community has stayed strong, we have come together when we have needed each other most. We will always remember this difficult time. This year has also challenged the museum find out here how we are responding to those challenges and ensure our memories are not forgotten.

Book Club Now On at the Cynon Valley Museum!
ANNOUNCEMENT: Starting Next Thursday, the Museum is launching a Book Club! Pop in at 1pm to chat all things literature, trade recommendations and pick your book of the month
D&D Club (Adults Only) is On at the CVM
ANNOUNCEMENT: D&D Club (Adults Only) is on at the Cynon Valley Museum, starting on Saturday August 1st. Create your character, and get a 3D-Printed figurine for FREE A separate D&D Club for kids will be starting in the near future, so stay tuned!
Year 9 ACS Exhibition Goes on!
Currently on display at the Cynon Valley Museum is the Artwork of Year 9’s students in ACS! These are beautiful illustrations and collages of the local community, and you won’t want to miss them!

We’re very sorry to announce this, but the D&D group has been POSTPONED for the near future. There is no confirmed date when it will start, but we will update you very soon. Apologies once again
All-new Chess Club at the Museum!
ANNOUNCEMENT Starting this week, the CVM is launching a Chess Club 1pm on Fridays. Bring a friend or test your skill on our Volunteers Play or Learn, FREE entry and all levels of experience welcome!
ANNOUNCEMENT: We’re hosting a Dungeons and Dragons club at the museum! We’ve got a Dungeon Master, now all we need is people to play! Entry is FREE!
