Mark Blayney won the Somerset Maugham Award for Two Kinds of Silence. He is the current winner of the New Welsh Writing Awards for Invisibility, a novel set in early nineteenth century Trinidad, London and Wales, and poetry The view from my shed is published by Dreich Chapbooks.
