A series of poetry workshops that will explore writing as a tool for Mental Well being, Resilience and Transformation.
 
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed? Anxious? Powerless? Depressed? Do you feel trapped in the fight or flight response?
 
Have you ever thought about writing down your thoughts? Speaking your Truth?
 
These sessions could be for you- even if you have never written a poem before pop in and just sit and have a cuppa.
 
We will be reading and writing poems for Calm, Self Esteem, Gratitude and Inner Peace alongside some Relaxation techniques.
