Santa’s Grotto at the Museum!

Santa is Visiting Cynon Valley Museum!

Cynon Valley Museum is delighted to confirm Santa will be visiting the museum this December on Saturday 18th and Wednesday 22nd December and you will be able to visit him for free in his Christmas Grotto.

Working in partnership with Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council Cohesion Team and South Wales Police Santa will be at the museum, the Christmas Grotto will be open at the museum on Saturday 18th and Wednesday 22nd December between 10:30am and 3:30pm. Come along to meet Santa and collect your present! The gifts have been kindly donated by ASDA and Tesco.

A perfect Christmas photo opportunity for parents and carers.

Whilst you are visiting the museum there will be a free Christmas trail to explore the museum and find out how people celebrated Christmas in the past.

Please note social distancing is expected and current government guidance will be followed at all times. Each group will have an allocated time slot to meet Santa, but will be free to move around the museum site before and after their slot.

Get in contact with the museum to book your slot now as booking spaces are now limited! Please let the museum know the expected group number, a time preference, and if you require extra assistance for your visit. Please also provide a contact number.
